White carrion crow from the Lake District. Stunning bird. I think there’s more of these around than we think. I have seen a few in the wild.

Two votive offerings in the shape of hearts, said to have been given to/deposited at the Chartres Cathedral in 1790 by members of Madame Elisabeth’s household, or possibly by the Princess herself.
They contain wishes to save the King and the Royal Family (The one topped with lillies, a symbol of the Bourbon Monarchy) and the Church of France (The one topped by a cross).
